Maximum votes up to 6, divided into up to 3 votes for male and up to 3 votes for female professionals.
Any duplicate, suspicious, or non-verifiable votes will be automatically disqualified
The organizers reserve the right to audit and validate all submissions to ensure fairness and transparency.
Industry-Weighted Voting Methodology: Votes are evaluated not only by volume but by the quality and diversity of recognition across the telecom industry. To ensure fairness across companies of all sizes, a weighted methodology is applied: 70% of the final score is based on votes from external industry professionals (across companies), while 30% is based on internal company votes. This approach ensures that true winners are recognized not only by their own teams but also by the broader telecom ecosystem.
