1. ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE
The assessment and evaluation procedure of the Nominations for the Antonio Meucci Global Telco Awards is divided into two stages. All detailed information concerning the Assessment Procedure can be retrieved from the official website of the Antonio Meucci Awards and from communication of MT160.
1.1 FIRST STAGE. The First Stage consists of the assessment and evaluation of all the nominations that have been submitted for each category by each category’s assigned Awards’ Judges. The Awards’ Judges, severally, will receive a standard and objective rating template by MT160 that they would need to fill, following their assessment of the provided written nomination (i.e., the submitted application and supportive documentation) of each Nominee for their respective category(ies). MT160 will receive the digitally filled templates from all Awards’ Judges and calculate the points for each Nomination for each category. Following the calculation, MT160 will announce the TOP THREE shortlisted Nominees from each category, and MT160 will communicate, by e-mail, the results of the First Stage to all companies that have submitted a nomination for their respective category(ies). The time frame of the First Stage is from the 15th of June 2023, until the 23rd of June 2023. The announcement of the results of the First Stage will be between the 23rd until the 26th of June, 2023.
1.2 SECOND STAGE. The Second Stage consists of the assessment and evaluation of the TOP THREE shortlisted Nominees from each category, as a result of the First Stage. The Second Stage will include the conduct of LIVE Presentations via ZOOM, between the Representator(s) of each shortlisted Nominee and the assigned Awards’ Judges for each category. The maximum duration of the Presentations will be thirty minutes, followed by a dedicated session for Q&A. The rating for the Second Stage for the three shortlisted Nominees will commence from zero (the ratings from the First Stage will not be calculated). Following the completion of the Presentations of all three shortlisted Nominees separately with the Awards’ Judges for each category, the Awards’ Judges will vote for the Nominee that will have the best presentation and overall case for the respective category. The announcement of the results from the Second Stage will be during the Ceremony of the Awards. The time frame of the Second Stage is from the 26th of June, 2023, until the 30th of June, 2023.
3.1 The Ceremony of the Antonio Meucci Global Telco Awards will be conducted on the 20th of September, 2023, in Madrid, Spain, at 19:30 (GMT +1). The Venue will subsequently be announced on the official website of Antonio Meucci Global Telco Awards, the social media of MT160, and by communication of MT160 to each Nominee.
3.2 The Nominee with this Policy is also acknowledging and providing consent that the location, venue, and time of the Ceremony of the Awards could be altered by MT160.
